Smooth-bodied and sweet bright flavor with pronounced delicate side with a medium body, excellent balance, and what many call a soft perfume-like aroma. A winy, almost flowery taste is discernible. And the exotic spice undertones give this coffee just the right amount of peppery zest. Roasted medium to bring out all of the unique characteristics of this simply remarkable. The profile of this coffee is unique in the world and is only found in the Sidamo region, south of Ethiopia with the most intense examples originating in Yirgacheffe.

I love this coffee. It is so fresh and flavorful. Being a French roast, it is strong. But I like strong coffee. Not acidic at all.

Yum! Beans are always consistent and not greasy. I buy the french roast which is a delicious morning brew if you enjoy strong black coffee.
